My culinary journey starts in Chocolate City and travels to NYC, Paris, Spain, Italy, Japan… with more to explore. I love how food piques all 5 senses, and am grateful for how food can connect so many vibrant cultures from across the planet.
My professional experience includes:
- founding the digital media brand, Eat Life FCI which was French Culinary Institute’s student blog
- catering for Danny Meyer’s Union Square Events including events for President Obama and Price Harry
- writing and recipe testing for Saveur Magazine
- digital lead at Food Network.
